our property features a 180° view of the Pacific Ocean, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
The studio has been built partially underground, with natural light and ventilation entering the space through a series of ducts and windows. Though the studio was designed to be enjoyed with open-air, first-class electricity, AC, and dehumidification are in place. It has been built largely from natural materials; stone, hand-made bricks, bamboo, and wood.
the recording studio at el triángulo features instruments and equipment (vintage and new) collected on multiple continents over the past 30 years. Full gear list below. It is a full-service facility, ideal for writing, recording, rehearsing, and post-production.
here you will have a chance to create in an environment far removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. we are only a 7 minute walk to the main road in the charming, bohemian village of Mazunte, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. For those interested in surfing, waves abound.
Adjacent to the studio we offer lodging and a large event/chill space for an extended stay of creative activity.
