Nourishing, healthy, grounding meals prepared with love to support you and your retreat attendees. Ingredients are sourced locally with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. Mexican inspired and always with gluten free and vegan options.

BREAKFAST Buffet (served at 8:30am)

  • greek Yogurt

  • local Granola

  • Cut up seasonal and local fruit

  • Hard or soft boiled eggs

  • organic sourdough Toast

  • Butter

  • jams and honey

  • Nut butters

  • Coffee and assorted teas

  • dairy and nut milk

LUNCHES (served at 1pm)
